When Josh and I cook at home, we make a conscious effort to pick balanced meals and include meats, veggies and grains. I recently stumbled across FuelUp, an amazing company that delivers fresh and organic meals fit to your needs. They also have incredible juices — the TGIF is my fave! Josh and I put together a few meals — steak, green beans and homemade bread, with a second option of chicken breast, grilled onions and peppers and white rice. Can I just say, there is nothing better than coming home from a long day at work and knowing that dinner is just a few minutes away — it’s also nice knowing that dinner won’t be frozen pizza or take out, but a quality, healthy meal.
